  6. I didn’t take my weight daily because, honestly, I didn’t expect this to actually work. I knew my weight because I take it every now and then (plus I just had a dr’s appointment). I decided after a week to just weigh myself for the fun of it. I’ve lost 6 pounds! I know this might sound weird, but it’s not just the video that does it. I don’t know how, but I re think what I’m eating through out the day and just eat out of actual hunger not just eating because I’m bored (which I do quite often). It makes me think more into what’s going into my body. I felt like my energy was better when I first wake up. It’s truly incredible. Thomas, you have outdone yourself!
